I am an artist who takes my inspiration from the world around me. I specialize in creating original works of art using natural mediums. I have a deep appreciation for the beauty and complexity of the natural world, and my art reflects this passion. Using a range of materials such as wood, stone, and even moss, I create unique pieces that try to capture the essence of my subjects in a way that is both realistic and stylized. My work is a testament to my deep connection with the natural world, and my hope is that it will inspire and captivate all those who view it. Though I sometimes work on standard canvas, I prefer the challenge of using found or recycled materials such as slate tiles, birch bark, and salvaged barn board. Organic mediums are mixed with natural subjects to highlight our connection with our natural world. I live in Harrisville with my husband, three children, and three horses.
